Quantum Strategies LLC is Hiring a Plant Associate Near Morrisville, PA
We are seeking skilled production crew members to join our existing team and support the successful launch of our fast-growing metal manufacturing company. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion for and experience in hot metal manufacturing, such as steel mill and foundry workers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties will include the operation of furnaces, casters, cranes, handling equipment, mobile equipment and crushing, blending and screening systems.
Education and/or Experience
- Must have extensive experience and interest in hot metal foundry industry, steel mill, or heavy industrial manufacturing environment
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with team members and hold a high school diploma.
This will be a 24/7, 365-day operation with four 12-hour shifts following a 3-2-2 work schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
